I accept all OHP insurance except for Pacific Source CCO
Out of Pocket Payment
Standard sessions of 50 minutes are charged at $200. Alternate length prorated sessions may be available.
After hours are charged an additional $20 for after hour slots including:
-Weekends
-Outside of the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM
-US Federal Holidays
Sliding Scale
I have a limited number of sliding scale positions from time to time, which are based on family size and gross income.
